Summary: The first floor was under construction which wouldn’t be an issue but there was no notice or heads up. Fitness Center wasn’t open due to that. Floors were extremely dirty. Construction crew was smoking right outside exits so the smell was coming and the laundry room remained open. In turn, all bedding in our room smelt like smoke.
