Summary: The hotel was great even though I paid in advance and when I checked in the clerk really spoke like I was illiterate when it came to using a card for accidental fees. I paid for my room with a chime card but when she asked for a card to keep on file she pointed at the card machine and said what does that say- yes there is a note on the machine that they don’t take Chime but that how I purchased the room and for her to point and say what does that say made me feel some type of way. But other than that the rooms were great and it was very clean. But they do charge for parking which I think is crazy as well. When I checked out I asked the guy for a receipt so I can show my job since I was there for a funeral and they needed to pay me back his response was oh since you paid on Hotels.com they emailed you a copy- ummm that’s not what I asked but okay. I’ve booked many hotels through this website and when I ask for a receipt it’s never a problem.

Summary: Breakfast was good. Staff was good. Had to kill a bug on ceiling about TV. Did not care for the $10 charge that you had to use an app for parking. Dinner was good at sister property.

Summary: This hotel has an airport shuttle. It was the reason we booked this hotel because it was just an overnight stay between flights. The shuttle took maybe 30 minutes but we were in no rush. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel

Summary: Nice hotel. Evening staff was great. Morning staff was a disaster. Booked a 530am airport shuttle that left early with no warning and without us. This significant lapse in customer service was of no apparent concern to the pair behind the front desk who insisted we arrived late although we clearly had not. We waited for the 6am shuttle while they laughed and joked with each other. Very unprofessional.

Summary: The stay was wonderful. The food was amazing. The only issue I had was before I checked out I informed the lady ( busy on her phone), that I had to drive to another city in NC to get handicapped husband meds. Just an hour before I was due to check out I called her and let her know I was in traffic and got lost. She said it was okay, however she failed to inform other staff who disturbed my husband and called me to find out when was I checking out.. Upon checking in I had issue with electric blinds not closing, Chelsea took care of extending our stay but the maintenance guy came knocking on the door too early for us when I instructed them not to until late in the day. These were the only two issues I had ( Communication) .
