This large row house features 3 traditional bedrooms with 3.5 bath.
The lower level has a open bedroom layout and full bath no door.
The row house lies in the historic U st street and has kept many original features, giving it a great charm. While it has modern appliances and facilities.
This spacious home-away-from-home can accommodate up to 10 people. It's great for small groups, families, or long-term stay.

The home has a large open-concept layout featuring a modern, eat-in kitchen that's fully equipped for your stay. Great for entertaining! The home features three bedrooms.
The master suite has a King bed and Full bath,
The living room has a Queen memory foam sofa bed.
Bedrooms two feature one Full bed.
Bedroom three two twin size beds, FYI this room has no door just a certain.
The lower level has a queen size bed and full bath but do door. it's a open concept.
We also have a queen size air mattress.

Our home is a WALKER’S PARADISE, with a Walk Score of 95!! WALKING DISTANCE to 2 METRO STATIONS (Shaw/Howard univ or U St./African-American Civil War Memorial at Vermont Ave. and U St.). Or you can take a short taxi/Uber ride to the monuments and museums. After a fun day of sightseeing, come home to two dining options just steps outside the front door: a new neighborhood pasta bar on one end of the block and a delicious vegan restaurant at the other end! You can also walk to tons of restaurants and nightlife on lively U Street or 14th St. Afterwards, catch a concert at the 9:30 Club. You're also within walking distance of the beautiful campus at the historic Howard University. We’re perfectly situated to explore all DC has to offer!

Summary: We could not have been happier with this property for our girls weekend. The location was perfect for walking to great shops, restaurants, and the Metro and we appreciated the opportunity to purchase a parking pass since we did have a vehicle and needed street parking. The home was well furnished and as advertised. There was more than enough space for the 4 of us and with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, we were all able to have our own space. We loved the neighborhood because it was lively and there always seemed to be people out and about - including into the late evenings - which did not bother us at all, but we all live in large cities and are used to this. If you are a group who appreciates very quiet neighborhoods - especially in the evenings, you may want to explore a different property. The owner was quick to communicate and check in and out was a breeze - super simple. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great home, location and overall experience in the heart of DC. Thank you!
