Summary: What a blessing to have a chance to experience the absolute best of Lake Tawakoni. So so much more than the listing can say. I was so happy with the outdoor kitchen on the dock, we grilled burgers, and the “trolly” was unexpectedly helpful to roll our ice chests out there. The picnic table and benches provided plenty of seating under a very effective ceiling fan. No need to bring lawn chairs. The swings are fun too. For extra expense, you can rent the atv, a 3 seater jet ski and a gorgeous tritoon that seats more than 10! The atv is helpful to run to the dock from the house, it’s a bit of a hike. Dusk is magical. First the white lights shine out onto the lake. Then the blue and red solars that are mounted along the dock come on one at a time. Then the grand finally is the massive green light mounted high on the gable that lights up the water and attracts the fish. Felt like an aquarium. I wish I’d known to bring food to feed the fish. Moonlight, big open water. Most exclusive neighborhood to be found on Lake Tawakoni. Bravo! The owner was very responsive and helpful. Twin baby deer played in the woods next to the house. Our family was sad to leave.
