The Space:
Our one-bedroom suite is furnished with everything you & your guests may need to enjoy your stay in Fort Worth! In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! A washer and dryer are available inside the apartment for your convenience.
Parking on property is not included. There is limited street/paid parking available in the surrounding area. This apartment is located in the entertainment district and can be noisy until late at night from live music and patrons.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!
The pool and gym are available to our guests but you may not invite anyone other than those staying with you to use them. Since we do not control these parts of the building, no refunds or credits will be made to reservations if these amenities are not available; whether for routine maintenance, closure for the season, or any other issue. Abusing these privileges may result in eviction from the property. Please feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you have questions about availability.
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children; however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Our suite is located in the trendy West 7th District. The area is quickly becoming one of the biggest hotspots in the city for nightlife, entertainment, and shopping. You’ll be close to many of the city’s best attractions, like the Farrington Field, Kimbell Art Museum, and Trinity Park. This trendy neighborhood is home to some of the best restaurants in the city; while you’re staying with us, be sure to check out Velvet Taco, Fred’s Texas Cafe, and Rodeo Goat!
Getting Around:
Traveling throughout Fort Worth is simple thanks to the Trinity Metro public transportation system. Our suite is close to multiple bus lines, including the Dash, which stops at many of the city’s most popular attractions. From Fort Worth Central Station, you can even take a commuter rail train to Downtown Dallas. Walking, biking, and using rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft are also incredibly popular in the area.
