Two living spaces on opposite sides of the kitchen/foyer allow for multiple activities at the same time. Enjoy a card game at the poker table or lounge and watch the big game. There is a ping pong table in the garage and a great courtyard in the front of the house with a gas grill.

Summary: The house itself was very comfortable and had great living spaces. The outside living spaces, however, had not been well maintained as there was dirt and some mold on outdoor furniture and cushions rendering them, not usable. We did however, take advantage of the rocking chairs on the back deck overlooking the golf course. The inside of the home was clean, lightly worn, but in good shape.
