This cozy cottage has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom. Sleeps up to 4 guests The 2 first floor bedrooms each have a queen bed & the upstairs loft has two single beds. Convenient location near town & just minutes to the #1 crappie lake in the nation. There are two outdoor patios with tables to enjoy, one off the kitchen and one with a grill & chiminea. The kitchen is fully furnished with cookware and utensils. There’s a fish cleaning station outside. The living room has Satellite TV with lots of channels. And yes, there is a Washer & Dryer. The cottage is in a wooded setting which gives a nice feeling of privacy, while still being close to everything. There’s a circle drive with two gated entrances. Plug-ins for your boats.
