Summary: We were not ware that there was a tenant in the space. We could hear the tenant when they were home through the paper-thin walls. I turned on a floor lamp beside they fireplace and there were at least 30-40 dead bugs on the floor surrounding the lamp. I did let the property manager know but it was never cleaned up. Be aware that there is no washer or dryer in the unit. Additionally, if you prefer to cook your meals in your cabin, this is VERY limited with items for cooking. The hot tub was VERY dated and the instruments were hard to read. It was also basically located in the driveway. This property has potential due to its location, but it certainly was a miss with us.
