Positive: Excellent communication and responsiveness from Haytam and the team from the very beginning until the end of my stay, despite my late arrival. The room was great, with a lovely terrace and daily cleaning. The riad is perfectly located, far enough from the heart of the medina to remain calm and quiet, yet close enough to enjoy everything within a 10-minute walk. Breakfast was great as well.
