Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The townhouse was beautiful. Plenty of space and bathrooms. Beautiful waterfront views and balcony. Close proximity to downtown and other venues.

Negative: The walls, floors and ceiling are paper thin. You felt and heard cars pull underneath the unit in the parking garage. The upstairs neighbors are super loud. The windows do not block any sound. Another group partied in the parking lot next store for hours at night and felt like they were in the unit. The train runs 6-8 times a time and is only 50 yards away and it goes over a loud steel bridge in front of the unit. The town house is kind of walkable to downtown, and restaurants and a brewery, but you have walk through some very sketchy areas that aren’t exactly “safe”.

Summary: I wouldn’t recommend this townhouse. Again it was a nice unit, but there are quiter, and closer to downtown out there.
