Positive: The apartment has a good potential - it is big and located in a short drive from the medina. The host was helpful and the communication with her was quick. The WIFI worked well.

Negative: This apartment needs more love and care. Some of the facilities are missing, others need upgrade. Although the apartment was cleaned before we arrived, the kitchen would benefit from a deep cleaning. The description of the apartment states that among others, it contains: Balcony • Terrace • Garden view • Washing machine. There is indeed a small balcony, but there is no terrace. Garden view is a view on the parking with a small public green zone behind, which was completely yellow in April. There was no washing machine, and even no soap... When the facilities will be kept in good conditions, this apartment will worth significantly more.
