Summary: The staff were great, but our stay was not as good as I expected it to be. The evening open bar was only open for a short time which really disappointed the adults. Also, breakfast did not live up to the standard I expect from Embassy suites; not having the option for an omelette was a big disappointment. Going forward I will no longer trust that all Embassy Suites have the same high standard that I’ve grown used to. As a note, if the hotel/location cannot hold up the same standard that other locations have held for years then it should be made know to the guests prior to their arrival.
