Full kitchen with all amenites—stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher. Also includes laundry room. TV. There is no WiFi however guests are welcome to use all facilities at Sand Spring Resort and Canoe LLC—WiFi, swimming pool, hot tub playground, river access, restaurant, and there is free shuttles for floating activities on the Niangua, with prior arrangements. Rental is $250/night with a 2 night minimum
