The upstairs playroom has a game room and dorm afire style sleeping with 2 full beds and 2 twin beds. There is also a half bath upstairs. This is a wonderful historic home with beautiful crown mountings, hardwood and brick floors, with updated baths and kitchens. In the heart of Memphis, you are less then 15 minutes to all of the attractions and are in one of the most desirable and safe East Memphis neighborhoods (around the corner from Elvis’ first home he bought for his mother after hitting the charts with Heartbreak Hotel!)
