Summary: The elevator was down all week. Even though there is another in North tower it's unacceptable when there are 5 floors and almost a hundred rooms per floor. The restaurant was not only sub par, the menu, staff and food options are all disorganized and random. The staff can be heard multiple times an evening complaining about the guests that they are serving but also can be so slow that someone in our party went and refiled their own water. Some nights, food that wasn't ordered for the table would come out to us.On the second to last night we were there, someone in our party ordered mashed potatoes with their meal. The potatoes came out almost like an appetizer and he had to tell the bar tender that he wanted it with his meal. We were sorted at a table away from the bar. When our meals came out, he had mashed potatoes and french fries all half portions. I wish I could say that was the only thing wrong but we actually ended up sending back my tuna due to it being severely over cooked. We didn't eat there again. Everyone but the bar staff and the night hostess were pleasant and accommodating. Sadly we fly into Wichita for work often and this was our go to place. Now I think we will be researching other options.
