With over 1,800 square feet to spread out, this newly-built home is the perfect spot to rest and relax in central New Orleans just outside the hustle & bustle of downtown and close to Tulane & Loyola Universities, trendy eateries on Freret Street, and great shopping on Magazine Street.
The Space:
The space is the larger part of a duplex. You will have the entire unit to yourself. Walk into the living area and open kitchen with half bath downstairs. Upstairs is a full bathroom, two bedrooms plus a primary suite with it's own full en suite bathroom (making 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs total).
Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire unit all to themselves. There's an apartment in the back that guests do not have access to.
The Neighborhood:
Tucked away just west of downtown, the house is centrally located and convenient to the interstate to get anywhere fast! Easily hop over to Freret Street's dining and shopping area or catch an Uber to Bourbon street (approximately 10 mins), it's no wonder this newly-developed neighborhood is gaining popularity so quickly!
