Summary: The neighbor was not family friendly. While it is close to the metro, it was less than ideal for a family. The listing said there was a hot tub, but after inquiring about it we were told that was an error with the listing. We picked this place as it had a kitchen and basic supplies; however, there wasn’t even salt and pepper nor any ice trays. The bathroom door did not latch, the tub had a slow drain thus anytime taking a shower resulted in standing in three inches of water. No bathroom vent so showers added a lot of humidity to the air. While it seems decent during the day, there is a very active nightlife around there and I was so incredibly thankful I took a white noise machine just to get some rest throughout the night.
