Summary: Beautiful Riad, Terrible Service The Riad itself is exceptionally beautiful, and our room was nice. However, the service and organization were unprofessional and disappointing. They seemed to have forgotten our reservation, leading to a chaotic half-hour check-in delay and an unnecessary discussion about our prepaid status. My attempts to contact them beforehand about parking and directions were unanswered. The room was assigned with a dirty bathroom (hair from a previous guest), and it took several hours and multiple reminders to get it cleaned so we could shower. After all of this, the general staff's attitude was equally poor; they were unfriendly and often ignored our greetings. The only saving grace was the good breakfast and friendly kitchen and cleaning stuff.
