Positive: This riad is right in the centre of the medina, in a great position. Inside it has so much potential to be a beautiful property. The space worked well for our family of seven.

Negative: The riad is in need of a lot of TLC. It is very interesting inside but has loads of narrow stairs. The kitchen is very small but the holiday maker has total use of it. The bedroom on the top floor had no hot water. We were on the floor below & had a trickle of warm water. There is very poor light in the bathrooms & using our torch could see to take a wash. The tiles in the shower were in need of a good scrub. The light in the laundry did not work. There were loose floor tiles on the second floor. It seems the owner is not interested which is such a shame. With some lover & attention & care for the guests, this could be a winner.
