Positive: The staff were lovely, always really helpful and accommodating. Communication with Hamza was spot on 👏 taxis were arranged to perfection both on arrival and departure. They even carried our cases to our taxi at the end of the street and waited to see us off at the end of our stay. There was a nice rooftop area where breakfast is served but was also perfect to chill or sit in the sun. Breakfast was served beautifully between 8.30 and 11.30 and consisted of coffee and orange juice, crepes and bread with various jams, honey, oil and amlou. The bed was really comfortable and there was heating and an extra blanket (which came in handy as the weather wasn't that warm at the beginning of March.)

Negative: Sometimes the shower was cold, I think depending if somebody else was using it at the same time? The room was a little lacking in space but manageable.
