3 Bedroom House in City-by-the Sea

Gather up the family and head down to City-by-the-Sea's "Daddo-Loco"- a delightful 2 story, 3 BR/ 3 BA, canal home. If you are looking for the perfect place to gather, Daddo-Loco boasts wonderful views of the bay and Estes Flats from the upstairs patio. A large, open living space and kitchen creates a perfect environment for guests to gather and enjoy themselves after a long day on the water.

Daddo-Loco's living room provides several reclining chairs and a sofa to watch the large flat screen TV. There is also direct access to the upstairs patio from the living room. This home offers a wrap around kitchen that opens up to the dining and living room areas. There is bar seating for 4 around the glass, built in stove top, and two more dining tables that will sit up to 9 guests easily.

If you are looking for a nice respite after a long day, Daddo-Loco's master bedroom and bathroom features a king bed with lovely, water views, and a jacuzzi tub with separate walk-in shower. There is also a twin bed and sofa with sofa-sleeper in the master as well, which makes it the perfect "family suite" if needed.

The second spare bedroom is located upstairs as well and has its own queen bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The third bedroom, located downstairs, has two sets of twin beds and a queen bed. This room also offers a private bathroom with walk-in shower. Direct access to the downstairs patio area is an added bonus! Bring your DVD's along! This bedroom has a TV with a DVD Player provided.
