Apt is in a 4-plex 100' behind our home on 5 acres in a beautiful valley at the end of a tree-lined dead-end private rural road near LRAFB & Pine Valley Golf Course, secluded & quiet, yet close to the city. 560sf unit has a 185 sf BR with king bed, 50" smart TV, ceiling fan, & closet; 75sf full bath/laundry; 280sf LR/full kitchen w/ full-size appliances & service for 6, 65" smart TV, ceiling fan, queen hide-a-bed, love seat rocker/recliner w/ console; all wrapped in foam insulation for max sound barrier. If u like fishing, bring your gear to fish the pond 100' from the apt. There are 2 kayaks available for guests to use; also a fire pit near the pond with skewers available for roasting marshmallows, hotdogs, or whatever. If u don't want to wet a hook or get on the water or roast smores near the water, u can enjoy the gorgeous view of the pond & the serenity of our valley from the covered patio.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay. Loved the location and the view! We didn’t get to use the grill, but I thought that was such a great touch. I appreciated our host having several kitchen items in stock. We left without something, and he had them available!
