Summary: This is truly a unique and special rental property. It was everything we were looking for: rural, quiet, peaceful, comfortable, and beautiful. What an absolute treat to be surrounded by green fields of soybean and corn, to walk freely with the dogs along wide mown paths with the sun rising and the dew sparkling. The home itself was immaculate and comfortably furnished; plenty of room to stretch out, and everything one could need in the kitchen(s). The sunroom was a favorite spot for humans and dogs alike. Kim is a thoughtful and attentive host and I can see why guests return again and again. PS NE Iowa is a beautiful place!
