3BR-2BA Lowcountry-style offering. Located in a quaint and peaceful rural

setting in Longs with easy access to HWY 9 (Little River, North Myrtle, and

Hwy 22 (Conway and Broadway at the Beach).

With a private swimming pool fishing pond, and Waccamaw River access just a

couple of miles down the road, you will never run out of things to do.

The home features high soaring ceilings with a downstairs owner's suite

complete with a clawfoot tub. If you prefer a shower, the upstairs bath has a

modern tiled shower. The kitchen has a gas range. A covered porch complete

with a fish cleaning station overlooks the private pool. The backyard is

fenced so bring the pets! Upstairs are two spacious guest bedrooms and a

bathroom with double sinks and the previously noted shower.

Guided kayaking is nearby on HWY 9. There are several fantastic produce and

shrimp markets within close proximity to the home. If you own ATV's bring them
