This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath Gulf Front Condo on the beach. It has a king in the master 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper. Sleeps 6 It has a fully equipped kitchen, wet bar and washer/dryer in the unit. The complex is located close to shopping and dinning. Come relax on the beach and stay in our home away from home! Beautiful views of the Gulf Of Mexico. It has a boat slip as well ( BOAT SLIP IS UNAVAILABLE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE). The boat slip is across the street and is $30 per day, you MUST let Sugar Sands know AS SOON as you book your reservation that you are bringing a boat or your boat and trailer will be towed without a parking pass for it. You will register your boat with the Association during the weekday.

First Guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds.
Unit also has a queen sleeper sofa.
