Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: breakfast was very good! the lobby was clean and very nice. the room was slightly bigger than an regular room, very clean. pool was nice. beds where comfortable.

Negative: the room was hot, i had a suite, when you shut the door to bedroom it got hot in there, they did give me a box fan to use. the bathroom was tiny. we had four adults and a toddler, the only one who could get in bathroom and shut door was the toddler. didnt even try the shower. the hot tub needed servicing, the jets were loose or broken and sprayed everywhere when on. there wasnt a changing area in pool area, had to walk wet thru hotel and on elevator to room. the biggest downside for me was the 200 dollar deposit. i arrived at 11 pm, tired with a toddler, i didnt read all of the things i was signing. that should have been pointed out or mentioned. it took four days to come off checking account. when i did say something, the young girl said, it was in the stuff you signed, did you read it? lesson learned i guess. the beds were comfortable, and no noise in halls or rooms next to us.

Summary: the staff was warm and welcoming. the room comfortable, bathroom tiny. i loved the breakfast.
