Summary: I always take lots of Before & After pictures. To ensure I have proof of the property condition. Its an up stairs unit, I never saw this information. My mom has a difficult time with stairs so that was important. The place was well designed and cute. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Nice tvs in every room. A few issues, in the bathroom, the towels and washcloths had stains on them and needs to be replaced. The hand soap bottles were empty. Where the towels are placed there was a metal piece that was sticking up , that cut my mom hand . The refrigerator was very dirty. It had hair in the freezer and the refrigerator. The windows are NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY and big bugs were getting in. The windows were open when we arrived. I would recommend keeping them closed. until they are fixed. There was quite a few cosmetic repairs that needed to be done. A smelly odor in the hall. The location was good and the parking was fine.I think this place has great potential. Just a little more tlc is needed.
