Summary: Patience had to be exercised since it is undergoing a renovation. And it was priced accordingly, so no real complaints. That being said, one elevator did not work at all and the other would not move down if called to the 5th floor. At least it went up, going down 5 flights was much easier. The room was recently updated so it was very nice. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean and fresh. The TV had not been set up and since we were there for the Big 10 championship, sports TV was VERY important. The staff was super accomodating and we were moved to a room with a working TV. It, too, was recently upgraded and very nice. The place will be stellar once the reno is done.
