You’ll be located only a short distance from many famous Buckhead offerings including Phipps Plaza. Numerous popular must-see locations in Downtown and Midtown are only a shorty drive away. When the day is done, you will look forward to a stylish and comfortable flat with 10ft high windows that showcase amazing panoramic views. All of our guests are welcome to experience the resort-style pool, fully equipped gym and the open-air clubhouse. Gated, secured parking is included in your stay for 1 vehicle.

The Space:
This luxury flat has been designed with colors, textures and art to bring you a true sensory experience. Your luxury kitchen has a gas stove and Keurig coffee maker. Both bedrooms and the living room have high definition flat screen TV's for your viewing pleasure. All TV's are equipped with Roku devices and preloaded with apps for you to enjoy, or you can use your own streaming accounts.

5 guests are included in your stay. No other overnight guests are allowed. You are allowed to have visitors, however the max capacity in this unit is 6 people at any given time (including the overnight guests). Guest parking is available on the bottom floor of the parking deck and is first come, first serve. 1 parking space is included with your stay. A second vehicle may have gated deck access for $25 per night. The booking individual will be required to show their ID to retrieve their key and fob.
The Neighborhood:
This location is extremely walkable, including a Savi Wine and Beer Convenience Market located on the ground level. Multiple restaurants, Lenox Mall and Phipps Plaza, all accessible in under 10 minutes. If you'd like groceries during your stay, you can reach out to us for our "fill your fridge" service, or take a short 6 minute walk to Publix or Target. Downstairs on the ground floor, you'll find Savi Provisions, an upscale market with a fine wine and artisan draft beer bar.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are plentiful in this area. We want all of our guests to enjoy themselves in this wonderful city, but please be responsible and take a ride-share service if you plan on consuming alcohol.

Booking Rules:
You must be at least 18 years of age to book with us. Upon the review of your booking, if we find that you do not meet our age requirement, your reservation will be cancelled.
We require a credit or debit card with matching ID for verification purposes only. The provided card and ID must match the reservation name. Any discrepancies or suspicion of fraud, could result in the cancellation of your
booking.
Deposit:
We require up to a $200 fully refundable deposit that will be billed during your pre-checkin process. Any of the available food/drink items can be enjoyed at your discretion and will be charged against your deposit. Any additional cleaning outside of a standard cleaning and/or any damages may be billed against your deposit. Any fees incurred over the $200 deposit will need to be paid upon checkout. All or part of your deposit (depending on the activities of your stay) will be refunded the day after your checkout and will appear back in your bank in 3-5 business days.

PARKING
- Parking is free for 1 vehicle during your stay.
- An additional space may be purchased for $25/night.
- Any additional guests can park in guest parking on the first floor of the garage.
PHOTO AND VIDEO SHOOTS:
- Photo and video shoots for commercial use are strictly prohibited without prior consent of the owner and an additional usage fee of $250 per booking (Photo Shoot) and $400 per booking (Video Shoot). The fee will be collected after booking and prior to guest arrival. Failure to obtain consent and submit the required fee will result in a $500 fine. Clubhouse, Pool and Terrace locations are available for shoots for an additional fee of $150 per hour (based on availability).
*Personal cell phone photos/videos are allowed for use on personal social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc) and travel blogs/articles.*

THEFT/DAMAGE
All of our units are inventoried upon guest check-out. Any items missing will be billed at cost, plus a $50 service fee.
Any damage to the unit itself or anything in the unit will be assessed on a case by case basis.
