Relax in an artsy and safe guest apartment in our family home. Housed in an architectural gem from the early 1900s, this studio has it’s own separate entrance, a queen tempur-pedic bed, bathroom with shower, small kitchenette, blackout curtains, smart television, and ample, free street parking. It’s an ideal stay for those who want a little peace and quiet after a long day exploring our lively New Orleans.

Your space is located in the rear, ground floor, with its own separate entrance. Self check-in with a keyless lock. Just go through the gate on Jena Street and your temporary home-sweet-home is nestled adjacent to our lush backyard. Thanks to my husband’s green thumb, the yard is a plant-lover’s paradise filled with birds-of-paradise, orchids, bromeliads, fragrant plumerias, and sweet olive trees.

My family and I live in the upper level of this house with young children, therefore this suite is not suitable for parties. We kindly ask you to be mindful of quiet hours between 9pm - 8am. Noise on our part will also be kept to a minimum during those hours, but you will occasionally hear footsteps above or children playing in the adjacent backyard. My husband and I are both ceramic artists, and the ground floor of this residence is also home to our pottery studio.
