Summary: We found the condo spotlessly clean, attractively furnished, and well-equipped with plenty of available storage space. Although the kitchen is small it has everything we needed for cooking. The central location was ideal for long walks on the beach in either direction while still being a quiet spot with no traffic noise. Beach access is so convenient, and the storage area is equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc so you don't have to bring those things with you. The whirlpool bath worked perfectly and was a luxurious way to unwind at the end of the day. The one time I needed to contact Robert he was very responsive. Check-in and check-out instructions were easy.One thing to be aware of is that the sound insulation from the unit directly overhead is not too good, so we did hear conversations, TV noise, and the sound of people walking around at 2 AM overhead. Also, the mattress in the bedroom is rather worn and doesn't provide much support around the edges, so if you require a firm mattress for sleeping that could be a drawback. To us, those minor drawbacks didn't detract from a wonderful experience and we intend to return!
