Summary: This was a great property in an amazing location! PLENTY of space for a group. Lots of beds and the kitchen had EVERYTHING you need. You can walk right into town, and it’s just a short drive to all of the main Franconia attractions—truly excellent.My only feedback is that the title is a little misleading. I didn’t realize until after booking that the pool, hot tub, etc. are located off-site and require a drive rather than being right on the property.That said, we honestly didn’t have much time for those amenities anyway since the area is so full of fun things to do. Still, it would be helpful if the listing made it clearer that these amenities aren’t on-site—especially for families with young kids (we had four under age three, so hopping in the car for a swim wasn’t exactly easy!).
