As guests enter the home, they will make their way through the living area. This portion of the home features an oversized sectional sofa with convenient cupholders and armrests, accompanied by the flat screen tv directly across from the seating area. This beautifully decorated space is perfect for a relaxing evening after a day at the beach.

Away from the living area is the kitchen and dining rooms. The newly remodeled kitchen features stunning cabinetry, plenty of countertop space for cooking a meal at home, all stainless steel appliances including a full sized refrigerator, stove and oven, mounted microwave. Guests will enjoy the luxury of the pasta arm above the stove, as well as the deep basin stainless steel sink. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to comfortably cook a meal for your group. For those who prefer to dine out; UberEats, Postmates, and DoorDash are becoming increasingly popular in the area!

Just past the kitchen is the guest bathroom. This bathroom is home to a shower-tub combo, vanity sink with cabinet space below and plenty of countertop space, mirror, and toilet.

Across from the guest bathroom on the left is one of four bedrooms. This room features a full sized bed, nightstand, built in clothing storage, dresser, ceiling fan, and window for natural light. This room is one of two that has an attached bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has a beautifully tiled walk in shower, vanity sink with plenty of counter top space and cabinet storage, mirror, and toilet.

Exiting this bedroom and making a right, guests can find the second of the four bedrooms. This bedroom has a queen sized bed, nightstand, dresser with mirror for storage, clothing closet, ceiling fan, and a window for natural light.

Straight ahead from the last bedroom, is the last queen bedroom. Similar to the others, this bedroom has a queen sized bed, nightstand, dresser with mirror for storage, clothing clost, ceiling fan, and a window for natural light.

Backtracking to the other side of the home, off of the living room is where guests will enter into the master suite. This stunning bedroom is home to a king sized bed, two velveted dressers, one with a mirror, nightstand, an oversized walk in closet, ceiling fan, and two windows for the perfect amount of natural lighting. The second ensuite bathroom is located in this bedroom, and is nothing short of luxurious.

In the master bathroom, guests will find the double vanity sink with two mirrors and plenty of cabinet and countertop space, the gorgeous tiled walk in shower that features a standard showerhead, as well as a ceiling mounted showerhead, toilet, and toilet.

The outside of home is just as welcoming with two patios. One on the front with seating, and another on the back with a grill! We do ask that guests who intend on using the grill plan ahead and purchase their own propane.

Pack light! We provide our guests with 24 towels, 24 washcloths, 3 hand towels, 3 bath mats, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner per bathroom. Bedding, pillows, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay are included. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
