Designed for both relaxation and connection, the home features a large open-concept living space anchored by a chef's kitchen, ideal for family meals, entertaining, and gathering after a day at the beach. Two main floor bedrooms each feature a queen bed and ensuite bath and an additional 1/2 bath is located just off the kitchen. The unique second floor lofts offers 2 built in twin over queen bunks with nautical details and overlooks the main floor living area. An additional full bath is adjacent to the loft area. There is a queen sleeper sofa located on the main floor as well for extra guests.
Families will love the dedicated kids' play area, cleverly accessed through a hidden passageway behind a bookshelf, adding a sense of fun and discovery while keeping toys and activities neatly tucked away.
