The house has 3 common areas, the living room downstairs with a wood-burning fireplace, a second common area upstairs with both couches and a ping pong table, and a sunroom with lots of plants. Outside, you can relax on the rocking chairs on the front porch, hang out in the gazebo, or entertain on the patio. The eat-in kitchen has a large quarter-circle countertop with 9 barstools. The dining table is expandable upon request. One corner of the kitchen has a dedicated coffee station with coffeemaker, espresso machine, mugs, and condiments.
The house has 2 master suits, one upstairs, and one down. The downstairs master suite has an expansive curbless shower with 4 shower heads and 2 valves.
