Located just off Goose Island State Park, The Reserve at St. Charles Bay is a beautifully landscaped gated community with high-end resort amenities. Amenities for your enjoyment include a 2.1-mile community boardwalk, a firepit, a fishing dock, a hammock park with an outdoor kitchen and gas grills, a bayfront pool, a bayfront pier, and kayaks (must remain at the pier).
The main living area has a large sectional, a TV, and a gas fireplace that adds a warm ambience. The second living area has a sectional and smart TV. Release your inner chef in the gourmet kitchen, fitted with quartz countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances - including a French-door fridge. Socialize around the large center island with seating for six. When dinner is served, the dining table seats eight.
This home sleeps 10 guests between three bedrooms in the main house and two bedrooms in the casita. The primary suite has a king bed, a desk, a flat-screen TV, and balcony access. The en-suite bathroom has a curbless walk-in shower. The second suite has a king bed, a crib, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a curbless walk-in shower. The two-story house is accessed via one step at the entry. The casita is accessed via a flight of stairs.
A row of small windows is located in each bedroom in the casita. These do not have coverings and offer natural morning light.
Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.
**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
