Summary: Flooring worn but a very clean property. Price, view and friendliness excellent. The only lack of service was demonstrated through two requests for a coffee maker replacement went ignored. Parking is tight when full but only occurred once within a four-night stay. All rooms appear to have an excellent ocean view.
