Summary: Waited at the "Please Wait Here" sign for quite a while, as the staff chatted in the back room, visible right through the doorway and ignored me (then another guy). Finally just went in and helped myself, just to get a snarky "can I see your room key?" when she finally came out to check on the service area. Food ws the typical free breakfast assortment... really watery eggs, stale bagels and muffins, and cereal... and really bad coffee (tasted burnt and too strong).
