Summary: It started off bad and finished just as bad. There was one employee checking folks in and unfortunately she was either new or clueless on how to do the job. When I say it took at least 30-40 min to check in I’m not exaggerating. The folks ahead of me tied her up forever and when I finally got to check in I learned why. She swiped my card no less than 4 times. First said I was declined (it wasn’t) then kept saying it was a computer issue. Room was ok but small. Woke up early with a strict timeline only to find out that there was zero soap/body wash and shampoo. Only one towel for two people. Husband went down 3 times but no one was at desk. Ended up trading toilet paper in hallway for body wash. Seriously! Went to grab a quick bite from their breakfast area so we could hit the road and nothing was working except waffle maker. A circuit breaker popped but the employee that was working the area didn’t speak a word of English so she didn’t understand anything we all were saying. The hotel is definitely not worth the price we paid. And then there wasn’t even anyone to complain to. Honestly a partial refund should be given.
