Positive: The location was very nice and good value for money. The host Omar was also amazing. He offered to pick us up from the airport for 200MAD, the same price as a tax from the airport. He was also helpful with suggestions about Agadir and any questions we had. There is a police station on the opposite road and the landlord told us there has been no crime in the area for 15years.

Negative: The lights in the property were quite low, some of the bulbs might need replacing. The hot was was not working one of the evenings, but otherwise very hot and with excellent pressure. The location is not easy to travel from if you do not have your own transport. One tour we booked charged us an extra 200MAD for pickup from our location, which they said was too far from the city centre.

Summary: Nice place, but about 20mins away from Agadir centre.
