Alii Cove J-4 is set up with updated, fast wifi at 200 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds! Need to get some work done while in Hawaii? The wifi will easily handle all of your zoom meetings as well as all of your other online needs.
Directly across Aliii Drive from Hon'ls Beach, it is easy access to watching a beautiful Kona sunset from the edge of the Pacific ocean!
Completely outfitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, place settings for 8 and more. Dining room for 6, great room, and living room with smart TV. Washer/Dryer. Large outside lanai with BBQ and patio furniture set up comfortably for entertaining.
Beach gear: this unit comes equipped with beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and a small cooler for guests use. It may or may not have some snorkel gear that was left by previous guests. We do not provide snorkel gear. Ill-fitting snorkel gear takes all the fun out of snorkeling, so it is best to rent your equipment while you are here.

Summary: We love Ali'i Cove. This was our second stay in the gated community. Great local ..local beach across the street. Nice pool. Great Condos, good condition, great view, property management very responsive.
