Travel Purpose: business

Positive: No keys - Keyless lock. I did keep forgetting the code and looked it up every time on my phone.

Negative: Fun location, was as expected. A couple suggestions for improvements. The doors need to be fitted better, they are not completely sealing and you can see light coming in from the outside - Not a problem currently, but it eventually will be (bugs). A stone walkway would certainly help between the parking space and the door (the other unit has one!), carrying a suitcase or a cooler of food supplies (this HAS a kitchen) is a bit of a pain, especially with the sand issue. I don't like all LEDs, but that is a personal preference. The clock in the front corner is so bright, we had to unplug it at night. It took a while to learn to tame the snow machine, I mean the air conditioner, but eventually we got it. (I understand that this unit is the best setup for the given structure, it is what it is). Finally, the Smoke Detector needs to be burned at the stake! About every minute, it blinks very brightly, similar to lightning. This messes up sleep. Additionally, upon arrival, we had to ask permission from the mosquitos to use the front door. They were attracted to the lighting, and a few got in when we entered. I took the liberty of putting up a "mosquito magnet" in one of the trees in the front, and it seemed to help quite a bit. It was installed on 05/18 and lasts 90 days - covers an acre. Overall a decent stay at a quiet location. The fun and unique theme is a pleasant change from typical hotels.
