Bright and cozy, modern condo that welcomes you to the beach! Enjoy views of the gulf & lagoon from your private balcony! Watch the sunset on the water from the dock at this waterfront complex. Great location featuring an outdoor pool, deeded beach access directly across the street, and private boat launch/pier, which is ready for use April 1, 2021! **Portions of the building will be continuing with repairs**

Condo is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Spacious 1Br/1Ba unit that accommodates up to 4! This third floor condo is located on West Beach, featuring partial gulf and lagoon views!
Fully remodeled unit has a private balcony with views (partial) of the lagoon & gulf water, all appliances, ice maker, 2 Flat Screen (55" & 32") Cable TVs, 2 SMART Blu-Ray DVD players so both TVs SMART when using the DVD for Netflix, HULU, etc on your account!. Washer/Dryer, + BBQ grilling area and elevator too!

Master: King (w/3" Memory Foam Topper)
Sleeper Sofa: Queen (new Mattress July 2019)
