Summary: This place is pretty much a dump. Somebody lives in the pool house, literally 20 feet from the back door. The pool is empty and apparently has been for a looooong time. The front door doesn't exactly work. There are spiders everywhere. It's a double wide trailer with a garage converted to a bedroom. The floors were so dirty we wouldn't walk on them without shoes. The doors are filthy. There is no grill or fire pit, no can opener, no cookie sheet, etc. Only two burners work on the stove and although there is a countertop griddle, it only sorta works. The whole house smelled very musty. The smoke detector in the main bedroom was chirping when we arrived, so we ended up removing the battery.There are no trails to the park even though they lead you to believe there is a "back" way in.There is no way to legally get to windrock that we found, and we asked at several places. We had to trailer probably 6 or 7 miles in each day.Now the few good points... The water was hot and the beds were relatively comfortable. The washer and dryer worked well and was welcome after trail riding.
