Summary: Overall our stay was enjoyable but the house could use some TLC. When we arrived the yard had not been maintained (yard crew came after several calls), cleaning staff missed a bathroom, the gate to the pool was broken and grill ran out of gas (reported, wasn't addressed), water went out (reported, was fixed), pool furniture was in bad shape, etc. We also did not realize the house beach path led to the public beach path/access which was quite crowded, especially at high tide.
