For 2023, we own a 2 Bedroom/3 Bath Villa that can be split into 2 units. These can be sold together as a 2 bedroom ($6299/week + 13.24% HI tax) or sold separately as a STUDIO ($2699/wk + tax) and 1 bedroom villa ($3299/wk + tax). Since Marriott Owners do not purchase a specific unit, you may request a high or low floor as you wish.

No cleaning fees or resort fees (Hawaii mandated TOT tax will be collected upon checkout. All HI hotels are required to charge this fee. )
Rental cost will be split in 2 payments.
