The Space:
NOTE: This is a spacious listing for TWO units. The first unit has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The second unit has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms! Units are next to each other.
The house is spacious yet cozy, suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay - complimentary shower liquids, high speed internet, SmartTV with complimentary Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+, where available. fresh linens, and towels.
It's a total of 2 units, each with three separate bedrooms, each bedroom with a private bathroom, for maximum privacy. Each bedroom has luxury bunk beds or Queen beds so everyone traveling in the group can enjoy their own bed!..

Conveniently located less than two miles north of Downtown Dallas, Oak Lawn is just minutes away from major attractions, and is surrounded by vibrant activities, upscale dining establishments, and modern architecture.
Getting Around:
Walkable to restaurants and bars. A short Uber/Lyft ride or drive to all the major attractions Dallas has to offer.
Other Things to Note:
**Washer/Dryer is only available in one of the townhomes**
Security camera/recording device — Front - Facing entrance; camera is turned on 24/7 (no audio) and records people coming in/out of the listing.

No weapons or firearms allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be immediately terminated.
Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen and traditionally this was managed via a security deposit by the guest or by the owner charging the guest for damages. This is highly unpleasant and puts a bitter taste in everyone's mouth. With our “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage by the guest up to $1,500 is covered unless it’s specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. Relax and Enjoy the stay! It’s vacation time, so enjoy it with the peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected with coverage! A $49 damage deposit waiver has been included in the cleaning fee for this incidental coverage. This applies for all reservations made on or after 1/1/2021.
To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
