★ CHECK-IN: 4 PM/CHECK-OUT: 11 AM:t: We can only accommodate this if it is not affecting a turnover after a previous guest or a turnover for same-day check-in. If we approve, the fee schedule is as follows:

Early Check-in at 2 pm = $75
Late Check-out at 1 pm = $75

★ PETS: must be specifically requested ahead of time and be approved before booking. Please clean up after your pet in the unit and the building, if not, you will be charged accordingly. No pets are allowed on furniture, especially sofas and beds. Excessive barking will result in your reservation being canceled with no refund.

- Short Term Guests: $75 per pet
- Long Term Guests (guests over 28 nights): $200 per pet fee

★ PARKING:
- There is metered street parking $1/hr from Monday-Saturday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, and free during the other times. Metered parking has an app (ParkMobile) you can download to pay for parking remotely or you can pay at the meter.

- The street in front of the building, Washington Ave, the City will block it off so cars can't park/drive sometimes on the weekends.
