We call it NICE because it has a few more details guests won't find in other rentals in the area, like a working gas fireplace, a roomy "sit and stay" front porch, a sunny and private side deck, and 3 sizes of beds and basically 3 levels of firmness. And TONS of pillows for even the most picky sleeper.
It's COMFY because guests are so comfortable they feel like they live here--and with just a few blocks to the train station and a few stops on the train (or a few miles if driving) from the airport, guests find the house to be the perfect home base for their business or leisure travel.

Summary: Beautiful property! Quant and well maintained. Love the front porch!! All the amenities. Super convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Check out the Food Hall!! Costa coffee shop only 5 min away.
