Villa at Canyon Lake is conveniently located less than 3 miles from the Horseshoe on the Guadalupe River and only 1500 feet from water's edge on Canyon Lake. If you're looking for a tubing outfitter, Shanty Tubes is only 4 miles away for floating the Guadalupe! There are 2 boat launches less than a mile from the home, one on Banister less than half a mile has a new swimming beach and there are boat/jet ski rentals within walking distance from the house called Watercraft Rentals Inc.
The deck outside is perfect for entertaining, with seating throughout and a hot tub to let off some steam. Don't forget the smoker grill with an offset firebox and smaller charcoal grill. So bring everyone outside to chill and grill! The upstairs balcony is perfect for soaking in the view of Canyon Lake, and sipping morning coffee.
